Appointments
You can request an appointment via this website and we will confirm your appointment via email or phone.  Or, you can call the office at the number above and speak with Christy or Flo and they will be pleased to help you.

We consider when an appointment is made, it is confirmed. We reserve the time in our schedule and the space in our office especially for you and make every effort to see you in a timely fashion so as to respect your schedule.  We ask that you do the same.  We will provide for you a courtesy call a day or two before your appointment if you need one.  If you have the need to cancel an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice.

Insurance Billing
We are not a preferred provider for any insurance company. We feel that a preferred status limits freedom for the patient and the doctor. It places the insurance company between the patient and doctor and potentially interrupts and artificially dictates care and care choices. Our philosophy is that the relationship with the insurance company belongs with the patient, it is your insurance benefit. We want a relationship with you, not with your insurance company.

That said, we are pleased to fill out your insurance claim form, to help you, so that your benefits will be maximized.  A claim will be sent to the insurance company so that they will reimburse you in a timely manner.

Financial Issues and Options
We ask that you pay for your treatment at the time of service. We will offer you a courtesy discount, if you choose to pre-pay for your treatment at the time you make your appointment.  We do accept credit cards, post-dated checks, and offer a financing option by an outside credit company, sometimes without interest. Financial arrangements may be flexible as they are made on an individual basis, depending on your treatment, time-line, and circumstances. You will be able to talk with Christy or Flo in regards to our financial arrangement policies.
